Front Office Manager:
Minimum 5 years experience as assistant front
office manager or front office manager. Strong leadership skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service
orientation. Familiar with property management systems. Knowledge of
HIS is an advantage. Excellent grasp and understanding of financial,
revenue and sales reports. Ability to plan, design, and implement
business, marketing, operation plans with background in revenue
management and yield management.
Food and Beverage Manager:
5 years in the same position. Expert in restaurant operations,
inventory management, outlet reservations and occupancy, systems
management, budget and forecasting, marketing and report generation.
Strong track record in customer service. Experience in fine dining
restaurants is an advantage. Preferably with knowledge in Mixology.
Male Guest Services Associates:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Should be willing to work in shifts. Knowledge of HIS (Hotel Information System) is an advantage.
Overall qualifications: Effective in both oral and written communication skills. College graduate (with a related bachelor's degree). Passionate for customer service. Willing to be based in Boracay Island.
