Rates start at P 8,500++ and includes an overnight stay at either the south-of-France inspired Saint-Tropez or the Spanish-flavored Andalucia suite, Wine and Cheese during cocktail and social hour ( 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.), and a choice from 3 gourmet set menus prepared by the talented culinary team of Restaurant Verbena.
*The set menus may be availed of for lunch or dinner, depending on the preference of the guest and will include dishes such as Pan Roasted Seafood (Chilean Sea Bass, Salmon, Snapper, Prawns) served with gingered pumpkin puree, brown butter sauce, and pilaf rice, and Napa Valley California-inspired Bouchon`s Chocolate Marquise (rich chocolate terrine and vanilla custard sauce) from Verbena's Classic Organic Cheese Pot Mozzarella served fondue style with spiced tomato sugo, fresh Tagaytay herbs and warm focaccia, and U.S. Angus Beef "Goulash" (slow-cooked in roasted onion and caraway sauce, from Verbena's Signature Norwegian Salmon Fillet served with apple-rosemary puree, vegetable Julienne and horseradish, or Grilled U.S. Pork "Little Italy" served with seared polenta, marinated roasted peppers and balsamico, and Pears "Belle Helene" (homemade chocolate and macadamia ice cream) served with salted caramel cream sauce from Verbena's Collection.
