22 Prime rolls out new curated selections to grace its sumptuous menu. Featuring various takes on meat, poultry, and seafood, the specials all exhibit the signature 22 Prime twist that captures people’s hearts and appetites.

New appetizers include the Duck Confit Croquette with seared foie gras and apple jam, Caramelized Scallops with Parmesan califlower puree and fava beans vinaigrette, Miso Glazed Salmon with kimchi puree, and Chilled Jumbo Prawns with sun-dried tomato pesto, chili, and avocado puree.

To share is a hefty Herb Garlic Grilled Chicken with wilted garlic kale and bacon fried rice, while must-try mains include the Blackened Pork Tacos with homemade guacamole and pico de gallo, Roasted Barramundi and Seared Scallops with parsnip puree and pickled fennel, and Wagyu Hanger Steak with Mushroom Pilaf Rice served with pickled red cabbage and soy reduction.

These and more delicious specials are now available at 22 Prime, daily from 11 AM to 11 PM.
