Inspired by delectable American flavors, these dishes were crafted to make guests feel the Christmas spirit. After all, there’s no better way to celebrate the holidays than with good food. The special 4-course menu features Purple Yam Soup, Sous Vide Octopus with Arugula and Quinoa Salad, Holiday Duo (Braised Short ribs and Turkey Roulade with Pumpkin Puree and Kale Cracker), and Pumpkin Pie. Top it all off with a delightful Traditional Christmas Pudding with Boysenberry Ice Cream.
