Sticking to the plan to stay fit and healthy can be a challenge. With 8 hours gone from work, a few more gone from traffic, and a few left for a decent sleep, it’s hard to fit working out into our schedules. While some people manage to wake up earlier than everyone else to work out, kudos to them, some of us are just not morning people to even get up on time for work.
