Terms and Conditions

• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 12% government taxes.

• A minimum of 2-night stay is required for this promotion to apply.

• Kids 7 years old and below are free of charge when sharing room with parents/adults with no extra bed requirement.

• Guests 8 years old and above will have an extra person charge of PHP 3,000++ for regular suites inclusive of breakfast and roundtrip airport transfers. Regular rate will apply should    they wish to avail of the other inclusions.

• Rate does not apply to group bookings.

• Unused inclusions are non-refundable, cannot be transferred to future stays and cannot be converted to any services rendered by the hotel.

• Prepayment upon reservation is required.

• Reservation is non-cancellable but can be rebooked within the promotional period. Rebooking must be done at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty charges equivalent to full    stay. If new dates are not within the promotional period, the payment can be used as hotel credits for future stay.

• Senior Citizens discount are not applicable; however, VAT exemption will be honored. Senior ID or PWD ID should be issued by Philippine government.
