Terms and Conditions:
1. Prior reservations required. Subject to availability, black-out dates, and prevailing government guidelines on travel.
2. Booking and Stay Period: November 2, 2022 until Jan 31, 2023.
3. Current black-out dates (applicable to ALL room types): Dec 1-3, December 24 and 31.
4. MDE Members will be entitled to an additional 6% discount.
5. Maximum of two (2) children 12 years old and below may stay with their family free of
charge using existing bedding. Children’s breakfast will be charged, if availed.
6. Extra person charge is Php 1,850nett per person per night, inclusive of an extra bed and
breakfast (extra person policy still subject to government guidelines).
7. Book and Buy. Full payment required upon booking via payment link to be sent by the
staff. Payment is non-refundable but may be re-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival
date, except on peak dates.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions/discounts.
9. Non-commissionable.
