Terms and Conditions

Room Vouchers:

1. Rooms are subject to availability. Prior reservation is required.
2. Room upgrade is subject to availability upon check-in.
3. Rates are available for weekdays and weekends.
4. Black-out dates apply during peak season, including 24 and 31 December.
5. Hotel’s standard cancellation policy will apply.
6. Maximum of two (2) children 12 years old and below may stay with their family free of charge using existing bedding. Children’s breakfast will be charged, if availed.
7. Extra person rate is PHP 1,500++ inclusive of extra bed and breakfast buffet.
8. Non-commissionable.

Hotel Gift Certificates:

1. Gift certificates are qualified in promotional sales activities and discounts for senior citizens or persons with disability.
2. The suppliers may not be held liable for gift certificates, checks, or cards that are:

  • Lost due to no fault of the supplier; and/or
  • Mutilated or defaced due to no fault of the supplier, and such damages that prevent the supplier from identifying the security and authenticity features thereof.

3. Once used, the remainder of the value of the gift certificate cannot be claimed in cash. Guests may use the remaining value for other purchases or bookings even on a different date from original purchase. The hotel should mark  or indicate the balance amount for future use.

Fulfillment:

1. Guests must fill out form and submit online to get a payment link.
2. Guests may pick-up Room Vouchers and Hotel Gift Certificates at Discovery Suites Manila, during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
